We have concluded our travels for this month with Cold Wars and CincyCon, and we are continuing today with getting pledges packed for shipping. There are quite a few pledges that given their size would require being shipped in multiple shipping boxes, typically 2, so as a way to get more pledges out we are going to be starting phased delivery. This requires a bit more on the bookkeeping side of things to track, but it will allow us to move forward with what is ready. When we reach out to you with shipping information please pay attention to the comment section of the shipping invoice. We will use that area to communicate what of your pledge is going out with that shipment as an itemized list. If you are receiving a complete pledge the comment shown will simply read "SHIPPED IN FULL".
Our next show is RECON down in Orlando, Florida April 26th-28th so our goal in the intervening time is to make as much of a push on these shipments as possible. If by chance you will be attending RECON and you want to save on the shipping by having us bring your items with us then please let us know and we will set them aside for in person delivery.
We have received feedback from a couple of Backers who have received their pledges requesting that we put together assembly instructions for items such as the elevated highways and the U.N. Information Centre. In response we will be putting together an assembly document this week with photos and written instructions showing how specific items go together. Once this is complete we will provide you all with a link so you can download a PDF set of assembly instructions and tips.
